##The Accommodation
Located in a prime location in the center of Le Grau du Roi, at the foot of all shops and 100m from the beach, this studio apartment will be a real favorite for sea lovers.
With the beach not far away, there are beautiful walks to enjoy starting right from the apartment: stroll around, discover the pleasure port in Europe, wander through the heart of the village... a multitude of things to do nearby. This apartment is located on the floor and is arranged as follows: a cabin entry with a bunk bed for two people, a shower room, separate WC, and a living room with a sofa bed for an additional person. There is also a semi-open kitchenette in the living area. The property is close to all amenities: at the foot of shops and just a stone's throw from the beach. All necessary equipment for your comfort is provided, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and fridge. Enjoy city life and relax in this studio, close to everything.

A set of bed linen for a double bed and four towels (two large and two small) are included in the booking. Any additional requests will be charged: €25 incl. tax for a double bed (2 people) or €15 incl. tax for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
