Located in Portes-en-Ré, in a preserved natural environment, the Petit Marchais villa opens its doors to you for a unique experience combining modernity, elegance, and authenticity. This exceptional residence elegantly blends the charm of exposed stone with high-end amenities, offering an ideal setting to recharge.

The villa is composed of multiple living spaces, including a main house with 4 bedrooms, and a very spacious exterior with a relaxation pool area, a summer kitchen corner, and a terrace overlooking the sea.

Located on a closed plot of 7,000 m², with no overlooking neighbors, the villa offers direct access to the beach. Enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea from the main bedroom and from the seaside terrace.

The heated outdoor swimming pool, its pool house, and its petanque court promise privileged moments of relaxation.

Services included in the price:

- One bicycle per adult (with assistance throughout the island if necessary; children's bikes and electric bikes available for an additional fee)
