L'appartement se situe dans une résidence fermée avec piscine.
Il se situe à 100 m de la mer et de toutes commodités (restaurants, supérette, boulangerie, boucherie, presse, ..).
Très bien équipé, four, micro-onde, cafetière, ventilateur,....
Très belle terrasse vue mer. Animaux acceptés.
Résidence fermée et sécurisée. Place de parking privative.
On peut tout faire à pied. Il est plein Sud avec vue mer.
Arrêt de bus à 50m, gare SNCF à 800m.
Tout pour passer un agréable séjour parmi sur la côte d'Azur.
