Il est composé de 2 chambres avec lits doubles.
Appartement tout équipé avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, espace bureau.
Il est climatisé. il y a un barbecue. Jardinet avec beaucoup d'ombrage pour les grosses chaleurs, espace terrasse pour manger dehors, coin transat.
Il y a même un petit bassin à poissons. Stationnement dans la rue.
Il se situe au coeur de la baie d'Agay, au calme car pas directement en front de mer. Proche de la plage, 50m et de tous commerces,
Boulangerie, supérette, pharmacie, restaurants, magasins de déco, souvenirs et habits...
