Welcome to the new Villa Vivace with pool in Makarska!
This holiday accommodation is ideal for families who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in Croatia.
Villa Vivace offers breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Hvar and is located at the foot of the Biokovo mountain range, close to the town and beaches. Spend your family holiday in this new villa surrounded by lush nature, yet still very close to the town and beaches.
Villa Vivace is modern and features three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.
There are three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite and private in the rooms. In the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with sofa, armchairs and a large satellite TV. WiFi, a washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available.
Bed linen and towels as well as bath towels for the pool are provided.
A special highlight of the house is the large games room with fitness equipment, table tennis and darts.
On the spacious terrace there is a dining table and a brick barbecue area as well as the 30 m² heated pool with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.
The view of the sea is simply fantastic.
Parking spaces are available directly on the property, as is a charging station for electric cars (free of charge). The property is completely fenced.
Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs, up to 20 kg weight. Surcharge 100 euros per animal).
