Equipped with a pool and hot tub, Villa Sara offers holiday comfort for 6+2 people.The house is divided into 2 apartments, which offer private retreat areas with bedrooms and bathrooms. Together with the living and dining area, the terraces and the garden, you will find more than 150m² of living comfort and over 2000m² of garden space.The living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a large dining table, and a private balcony with stunning sea views. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Satellite TV, underfloor heating, WiFi and air conditioning are available.A covered terrace with table and benches offers space for communal barbecue dinners and a beautiful view of the sea, the island of Brac and the sunset. A large drinks fridge with various non-alcoholic drinks and wine is available, you can take the drinks as needed, the bill will be settled at the end of your stay.The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet. The bedrooms have sea views.The second apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and in the additional living space there is a small kitchen with a fridge. There is also an additional pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned.The 26m² pool of Villa Sara is 80 to 160cm deep and heated.
