In a quiet environment and just a few minutes walk from the magnificent beaches, this house with a surface area of 165m2 located in Abbartello in the town of Olmeto combines all the comfort facilities for your holidays with family or friends.
With a capacity of 10 people, it is composed as follows:
on the main floor: A fitted kitchen, a living room with access to the semi-covered terrace, equipped for your meals.
A large bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet,
Two double bedrooms (160x200 bed), one with adjoining shower room and WC,
A third bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200.
on the ground floor (independent): a living room kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140*190) and one with two single beds (90*200)
Upstairs only the bedrooms are air-conditioned, only the main room on the ground floor. Internet connection is available.
The terrace, the semi-covered part of which surrounds part of the house and is also equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue... Nearby you will have access to the private swimming pool secured by a gate, offering a breathtaking view of the gulf.
Linen is provided, however, cleaning is not included. If you do not wish to do it before your departure, we offer this option at a cost of €150 to be paid on site.
Depending on the booking platform, you will have to pay the tourist tax and deposit upon arrival (contact us for more details).
