In Nice, in the residential area of Saint Pancrace, beautiful villa situated on a plot of 1Ha in edge of forest of which 2000m ² done up. Private swimming pool (8m x 4m, Depth 150 - Alarm) with outdoor shower. Pool house with equipped kitchen, TV, BBQ. Trampoline, Ping-pong, boules pitch. Parking for 4 cars. Shops, supermarket 100m. Downtown Nice 8 km. Sea and beach 9 km.
Villa of 180m ² on 2 levels with: Air conditionated Living / dining room with TV (FreeBox), Internet. Fully equipped open kitchen. Shower room / WC.
At the swimming pool level: Air-conditioned master bedroom with 1 double bed (160), TV, shower room. 3 Bedrooms with 1 double bed (160) with exit to the swimming pool. Bathroom. Separate WC. Sauna, Jacuzzi 6 places, Massage room. Prohibited dog.
The access road to the villa has a fairly steep descent that is not suitable for low-slung cars.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
