Completely renovated stone house, located 2 km from the market town of Trémolat, with private swimming pool and pretty outside garden, sleeping up to six people (eight on option).
As you enter from the lane, the kitchen is on your left. With its large bay window and French doors, the kitchen has direct access to the south-facing garden and the living room with its lounge and dining area.
From the lounge, you will find a staircase leading to the bedrooms. This floor has three bedrooms: a double with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. A bathroom and separate toilet are located on the landing.
The large garden offers plenty of outdoor space.
You can enjoy your summer meals on the terrace next to the kitchen or under the oak tree near the barn.
A second outdoor area with furniture and dining table is also located on the other side of the house, ideal for taking afternnon refreshments or relaxing with a book.
The property also offers, behind the Pigeonnier (available to rent as an option, comprising of a double bed and a shower room with toilet), a private and secure swimming pool.
Finally, a last relaxation corner awaits you with hammocks and a view to the West and its wooded hills under the shelter of the barn.
Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area, including the village of Trémolat, with its terraces and restaurants.
