Charming, recently renovated and very comfortable stone country house for up to 8 people with private swimming pool located within walking distance of the village of Siorac en Périgord, in the heart of the Périgord Noir.
This country house is set over two floors with a large living room and well-equipped modern kitchen on the ground floor. There are also two double bedrooms on this level, each with en suite shower room, as well as a separate toilet and utility room.
The staircase leads to the floor, which comprises a sitting area, separate toilet and two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room.
Outside, through the French doors in the kitchen, you'll find a terrace equipped with an awning and a large table, perfect for al fresco dining. From the living room, you have access to a second terrace with garden lounge furniture, overlooking the private swimming pool complete with its sunbathing area and parasols, offering stunning views over the Périgord countryside.
