A charming property sleeping up to 7 people with a private heated swimming pool and far reaching views over the open countryside.
Set in acres of grounds, the property offers maximum privacy, yet is not far from the village of Audrix with its gourmet Saturday evening market and the Gouffre de Proumeyssac, dubbed the 'Crystal Cathedral'.
The front door opens onto the well-equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast table. From here, a glass door gives access to the paved terrace, ideal for al fresco dining, with views over the pool, woods and fields.
From the kitchen, a step leads to a hallway that serves a double bedroom with garden views, a shower room with toilet, as well as a further bathroom and laundry room.
On this floor, you will also find a large, light and airy living room/dining room that retains the beautiful character of traditional Périgord properties.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the floor where there is a second double bedroom, a shower room and a bedroom with three single beds, ideal for children.
Outside, you'll find the heated, fenced saltwater swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and a shaded area ideal for enjoying the garden with its pretty flowers and plants.
