Roland Garros Villa - A Green Setting in the Heart of La Rochelle

Behind a discreet large gate, nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood of La Rochelle, the Villa Roland Garros reveals itself like a hidden treasure. From the entrance, the charm operates. The car parked, one takes a wide path lined with century-old trees, where streams and ponds dot the way. As one advances, the lush vegetation envelops the place in a serene, almost timeless atmosphere.

Then, she appears. Majestic, bathed in light, the villa dominates this enchanting scenery. At its feet, a stream meanders softly, passing under the house, while a pond, dotted with reflections, invites contemplation. Here, every corner of the garden is an invitation to get lost, to sit in the shade of a tree or around an outdoor table.

On the left, a large swimming pool stretches out, offering an unobstructed view of the park. The terrace surrounding it becomes the heart of summer days, where meals are shared with family, lulled by the murmur of water and the song of birds.

Pushing open the villa door, one discovers a refined interior, where chic and warmth harmonise perfectly. The living room, dressed in wooden furniture and colourful rugs, breathes relaxed elegance.
