Thanks to the nearby metro and RER, you will be perfectly connected to the centre of Paris: it will only take you 10 minutes to get to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées, 25 minutes to the Louvre and 30 minutes to the Bastille Opera House... You will also be close to many companies such as the SNCF, AXA, Groupama and Société Générale, as well as Paris X University. You will also find plenty of shops around the flat, including a LIDL one minute away and a bakery downstairs, as well as some very good restaurants: we recommend QLF and Bes World. If you want to get some fresh air, you're just a stone's throw from the beautiful André Malraux park.
