Discover this superb country house located in Blaru, in the Yvelines department, near Vernon.
Ideal for vacations with family, friends or for a seminar, this spacious 200 m² house can accommodate up to 10 people.
Nestled in a quiet, leafy setting, it boasts a large 1,600 m² garden perfect for recharging your batteries and enjoying nature.
The single-storey house has six bedrooms.
On the floor, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140x200).
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200), a bedroom with a single bed (90x200), another bedroom with two singles beds (one 90x200 and one 70x140), and finally a bedroom with one single bed (90x200) and a crib.
The house also features two upstairs bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, as well as two WCs.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
A small supply of welcome products/consumables is provided to get your stay off to a good start: coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bin liners, hand soap.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, freezer, stove, oven, fridge, toaster, gas hob and dishwasher.
For the comfort of the little ones, the house offers a cot, adapted linen, a highchair, a set of dishes, a baby bath, a firewall for the fireplace and a stair gate.
Adult comfort is also catered for, with a TV, hairdryer, tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner, radiators, dressing room, clothes hangers and computer workspace.
Outside, enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, an outdoor table, a barbecue and deckchairs. For your safety, the house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
Many activities are available nearby: the PGA golf course at Le Vaudreil, a horse-riding center, hiking trails, kayaking on the Seine, as well as cultural visits to Vernon, Château de Bizy, Château de la Roche Guyon and Claude Monet's gardens at Giverny.
