Welcome to this magnificent house located in Saint-Martin-Saint-Firmin, Normandy, offering the perfect getaway for those seeking a mix of nature, relaxation and outdoor activities.
With an area of 190 m² and a large garden of 1700 m², this property can accommodate up to 12 people, ideal for vacations with family or friends.
The property comprises two separate houses, with a total of six bedrooms:
In the house, you will find a bedroom with a bunk bed (90x190) on the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms upstairs each with a double bed (160x200).
In the second house, you'll find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) on the ground floor, plus two additional bedrooms upstairs: one with a double bed (180x200), and the other with two single beds (90x190).
Bed linen and towels are provided.
A small supply of welcome products/consumables is provided to get your stay off to a good start: coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bin liners, hand soap.
The house also includes four WCs and three bathrooms.
On the floor, the bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.
Upstairs, the second bathroom has a shower, bath, two basins and WC, while the third bathroom has a shower, bath, basin and WC.
For your convenience, the house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, blender, kettle, toaster and induction hob.
A computer workspace, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and ironing facilities are also available.
Children are welcome and will find everything they need, such as a cot, high chair and crockery set.
