## Space
As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the brightness and warm atmosphere of our home.
The large 60m2 living room and its bay windows offer plenty of natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for family dinners.
We wanted to make the most of this natural light by creating two relaxation areas, one closer to the bay windows for reading a good book, the other more sheltered from the light for film or game evenings.
The house is on one level, and the four bedrooms, which are all on the floor, provide comfortable resting spaces for the whole family or a group of friends.
Two rooms have double beds (160*200) and two rooms have single beds (90*200, which can be combined into a double bed if required), ensuring peaceful nights after a busy day.
One of the double bedrooms is also equipped with a desk.
The two bathrooms, also located on the floor, are modern and functional.
All bathrooms are equipped with toilets, and a separate toilet is also located at the entrance.
In the spirit of a "family home", we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!
The house is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi connection and a washing machine and dryer, making it even more functional and easy to live in.
Board games, books, snowshoes and beach games are also provided! Barbecue and deckchairs too.
And you'll also find a cot with mattress and a high chair for babies.
Built for both indoor and outdoor living, the large 80m2 terrace and our brand-new garden are ideal for relaxing and barbecuing.
The sunny, south-southwest-facing terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee or share a glass of wine as the sun sets.
Bed linen and towels are provided (included in the cleaning package) for a pleasant stay.
A small quantity of welcome products/consumables is provided to get your stay off to a good start: coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage can liners, hand soap, etc.

Located in Sanguinet, just 500 meters from the town center and its lively main square, our house offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. You'll find everything you need just a few steps away: quaint restaurants, artisanal bakeries and a supermarket.
The surrounding area offers a multitude of activities to suit all tastes. Stroll along the lake or through the forest, discover the fine sandy beaches of Sanguinet, or go on an adventure on the lake in a kayak, paddle or even kitesurf, (with kayak and paddle rental available from the nearby nautical base).
For cycling enthusiasts, the house is ideally located near the cycle path that runs alongside the lake, offering miles of picturesque rides all the way to the ocean! It's very easy to rent bikes once you're here, or even have them delivered. For an excursion further afield, don't miss a swim in the ocean at Biscarrosse-Plage, a 20-minute drive away, or a visit to the famous Dune du Pilat and the Arcachon Basin, a 30-minute drive away.
For families with children, Gujan Mestras has a great little family amusement park (La Coccinelle), Aqualand and even a great accrobranche course, not forgetting a laser game!

"Early check-in" (12h instead of 17h) or "late check-out" (18h instead of 11h) are options available up to 10 days before the start of your stay.
These options are available in exchange for a fee of 30% of the average price of a night, except for late check-out on Sunday, when the fee will be 50% of the average price of a night.
In order to continue to guarantee the quality of our accommodation, we ask our guests to take the utmost care during their stay. The house is new, we thank you for your commitment to leave it as pretty as you found it!

✘ The house must be left in order, dishes done and put back in their place, bed linen (comforter cover / sheets / pillowcase) removed and roughly folded, towels collected in the bathroom.
