Set in a private, unoverlooked 16,000m2 estate and surrounded by a lush 2,000 m² garden, this charming 70m2 house and its 20m2 outbuilding offer an idyllic setting for vacations with family or friends.
Inside the house, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms for peaceful nights.
The master bedroom, on the floor, has a double bed (160x200), while the second bedroom has a single bed (90x200).
In the outbuilding, another bedroom offers total privacy with a double bed (160x200), while the fourth bedroom has a single bed (90x200).
The outbuilding has no water supply or toilet. You must therefore go into the house to use these facilities.
Every corner of this home exudes harmony, from the fully equipped kitchen to the dedicated workspace for staying connected.
A bathroom on the floor offers a modern, relaxing space for your well-being.
Take advantage of the spacious garden with its sunny terrace equipped with outdoor furniture for relaxing moments.
