Welcome to La Maison des Ifs, a 19th-century manor house where authenticity and comfort come together in a warm embrace.
If you're looking for a unique experience, sensitive to the charm of the past, then this is the place for you.
From the moment you arrive, you'll be enveloped by the soul of this old house. From the delicate moldings to the imposing fireplaces, every detail tells a story. Here, charm lies in imperfection, in the creak of stairs and the marks of time that adorn every room.
Ideally nestled between Fécamp and Etretat, our house offers 250m² of space for up to 14 guests. Whether it's for a family reunion or a get-together with friends, our home is the perfect setting for moments of sharing and conviviality.
On the floor, you'll find a welcoming lounge, a convivial dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a lively billiards room.
The six bedrooms, spread over two floors, offer cosy comfort for peaceful nights:

Nestled in the heart of a lively village, our house offers easy access to local shops. Bakery, grocery store and bar-tabac are all within walking distance, allowing you to immerse yourself in local life from the moment you arrive.
The house is equipped with fiber (Bouygues) with a high-performance wifi, although not invincible. Please note that the connection may be weak on the 2nd floor.
Furthermore, as we are surrounded by close neighbors, we ask our guests to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood for the duration of their stay. Parties are absolutely forbidden.
A small quantity of welcome products/consumables is provided to get your stay off to a good start: coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage can liners, hand soap.

"Early check-in" (12h instead of 17h) or "late check-out" (18h instead of 11h) are options available up to 10 days before the start of your stay.
These options are available in exchange for a fee of 30% of the average price of a night, except for late check-out on Sunday, when the fee will be 50% of the average price of a night.
