Boasting a generous 208m², it offers 5 welcoming bedrooms, allowing 11 guests to enjoy their stay in comfort. With 3 bathrooms and 2 WCs, there's something for everyone.
On the floor, you'll find a small, cosy living room, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen and a light-filled dining room.
A bedroom with double bed and separate shower room add to your comfort, while a practical laundry room completes this level.
Upstairs, the refinement continues with a sumptuous master suite featuring a private balcony, a double bedroom also with its own balcony, a double bedroom and a charming children's bedroom.
An elegantly appointed shower room offering privacy and comfort is available, as is a separate toilet.
On level -1, enjoy entertaining moments in the games room, equipped with billiards, table soccer and TV.
To keep in shape, the well-equipped gym awaits you, and an electric car charging station is at your disposal.
Outside, a vast 3840m² garden invites you to explore, while the heated outdoor pool, currently being renovated, will be ready by June 2024. The pool will be open and accessible from late May to late September (Please note that the opening of the pool is subject to weather and climatic conditions).
A large terrace behind the house offers a convivial space for shared moments.
A pétanque court is also available for friendly games with family and friends.
An outdoor swing will delight the youngest and provide them with unforgettable playtime.
