Our charming 170 m² house, nestled in a lush 13,000 m² garden, invites you to an idyllic getaway, combining elegance and country relaxation.
Located just a few steps from the city center, our home offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Soak up the une conciergerie of the picturesque landscapes surrounding our property, and immerse yourself in an atmosphere of calm and tranquility.
Inside, our home offers a spacious and elegant space, where every detail has been thought out for your comfort.
On the floor, an inviting living/dining room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and TV, while our fully equipped kitchen is ready to host your meals with family or friends.
Three elegantly appointed bedrooms await you, each offering a luxurious resting space.
The master bedroom on the floor is equipped with a double and a single bed, as well as a study area for those who wish to work in peace and quiet.
Upstairs, two further bedrooms offer additional comfort, one with only a double bed and the other with a double bed (130cm) and a single bed, to suit everyone's needs.
The exterior of our property is a veritable paradise, with a heated outdoor pool surrounded by a vast, lush garden. The pool is open from May to September (Please note that the opening of the pool is subject to weather and climatic conditions). All you have to do is open the pool, close it and pass the net around.
Relax on the sunny terrace, where you can enjoy a barbecue with family and friends.
For pétanque fans, a dedicated field is available for lively games under the sun.
Relax on the sun loungers by the pool, take a dip in its refreshing waters on sunny days, or explore the picturesque surroundings on foot or by bike.
With local activities, restaurants and tourist attractions close by, you'll always have something to discover during your stay.

"Early check-in" (12h instead of 17h) or "late check-out" (18h instead of 11h) are options available up to 10 days before the start of your stay.
These options are available in exchange for a fee of 30% of the average price of a night, except for late check-out on Sunday, when the fee will be 50% of the average price of a night.
In order to continue to guarantee the quality of the accommodation, we ask travelers to exercise the utmost care during their stay:
✘ Parties are not permitted. We have set up an alert system in case of repeated exceeding of the decibel limit (without sound recording).
✘ Exclusive use of the house to travelers who have reserved.
✘ Smoking is not permitted in the house.
✘ The house must be left in order, dishes done and put back in their place, bed linen (comforter cover / sheets / pillowcase) removed and roughly folded, towels collected in the bathroom.
