As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the warm atmosphere of the living/dining room, with its air conditioning and decorative fireplace, where it's a pleasure to gather for convivial moments.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, with the added bonus of air conditioning for optimum comfort.
On the floor, three bedrooms offer a warm welcome.
One with a double bed, another with two single beds (which can be moved closer together) and a third with two single beds (which can also be moved closer together).
A modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine completes this floor.
Upstairs, an additional bedroom awaits you, with two single beds and a bunk bed, all equipped with air conditioning for peaceful nights.
A second bathroom with shower and WC completes this level.
A cot, high chair and baby bathtub are available for younger guests.
A high-speed WIFI connection and a TV keep you connected.
The real treasure of our property lies in its outdoor space.
A vast garden with a sunny terrace, a barbecue for gourmet grills and a private swimming pool (open from mid-May to early October. Please note that the opening of the pool is subject to weather and climatic conditions) invite you to relax and enjoy.

These options are available in exchange for an amount worth 30% of the average price of a night, except for a "late check-out" on Sunday where the amount requested will be 50% of the average price of a night.
