GARIBALDI AP4447 is located 50 metres from the famous Garibaldi Square & Old Nice, a superb fully renovated and air-conditioned apartment, opening onto a large sunny balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard. Located on the 3rd floor without a lift, it is composed as follows:

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed offering 2 very comfortable sleeping spaces, a coffee table, a table with four seats, a low cabinet with TV and WiFi internet connection. It opens onto the sunny balcony equipped with a dining area and a small lounger for your meals or aperitifs.

The functional kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, cooking plates, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary equipment for cooking and eating.

The bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe.
