The apartment is located in the beautiful Lura 2 complex, a gated resort with 24/7 surveillance and maintenance. It has a pool that can be used by our guests as well with an extra daily fee. The area around is quiet and offers a lot of services to make your holidays as best possible.
The apartment is positioned in the upper floor of a two-story building. It is nicely furnished and it has everything needed for a comfortable holiday for up to four guests.
The guests have in their disposal a double room with a double bed and a wardrobe to store their personal belongings. In the living area there is a sofa bed that can be extended and it is perfect for two other people. In the kitchen you will find enough kitchenware and cutlery in case you want to cook any meal. There is a dishwasher and microwave, also. You can enjoy your meals in the small dining area or in the balcony with the sun rays and fresh air from the pine trees.
One bathroom with shower cabin is next to the living room. The apartment has a washing machine.
The apartment is offered to guests use only. Our primary focus is to make them feel comfortable and relaxed in the cozy space.
Lura 2 complex is a new gated residence, approximately 200-250 meters from the beach. It is made of two-story objects with apartments.
24/7 security guards look after the residence. It is a very safe place to spend your holidays with your family or friends.
There is a supermarket in the center of the complex called Eco-Market. In front of the residences, there are green areas and a promenade to enjoy the evening walks. Along the promenade, there are different bars, restaurants, massage tents, playground for children, rental bicycles, etc..
There is a beach bar, which offers different refreshing drinks and cocktails on the hot summer days, while during the weekends, there is usually live music.
In the resorts close by, there are sportive fields that you can use with a fixed fee per hour.
There is available free parking for the guests accommodated in the apartment.

During your stay in the apartment, please be careful to follow the resort's rules. The booked property is part of a resort, managed by a team, which is not part of our agency.
For violating the rules of well-being in the community, any action or measure that can be taken, is in the competence of the resort management.

• The noise is prohibited in the late hours after 22:00.
• It is forbidden to drive a car with a speed higher than 20 km per hour.
• It is forbidden to throw waste on stairs or in common areas.
