Chalet GM in Brandnertal is a residence that is second to none in Brandnertal and the surrounding area. Amenities that leave nothing to be desired create the perfect setting for a fulfilling vacation in the Austrian Western Alps. Enjoy a fantastic view of Brand's local mountain in Vorarlberg while living in 470 m² of exclusive living space.
FACILITIES:
If you want nature, relaxation, comfort and privacy, Chalet GM is the perfect place for you. As soon as you enter the premium chalet, it becomes clear that no compromises were made in the construction and furnishings. The entire 540 m² of living space is a luxurious composition of natural materials. Warm wood takes the lead in the living spaces. Slate and concrete lend their natural flair to the hallways and bathrooms.
Chalet GM is spread over 2 floors. You will be welcomed in the spacious entrance area, where you will notice that great importance was attached to local wood and stone during construction. As soon as you enter, the entrance area impresses with its spaciousness and ensures a relaxed arrival. A wide, open staircase leads to the second floor - or the elevator, which serves all floors.
The heart of the house is located on the second floor - the spacious living area with open kitchen. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: including teppanyaki grill area, steam cooker, beer tap and liquor fountain and much more - let yourself be surprised!
Enjoy a glass of wine at the perfect temperature from the wine fridge on the sofa area by the free-standing central fireplace.
The outdoor infinity pool provides a welcome way to cool off in summer. There is also a hot tub. The pool can only be used in summer (May to October) as it is heated.
A gas barbecue under the covered outdoor kitchen is available for barbecues all year round. The seating area next to it is doubly heated, for cozy warmth from above by radiant heaters and from below by a seat heater.
There is a further bedroom with en suite bathroom on the open gallery. There are two Physiotherm© infrared seats here for additional, soothing warmth.
An additional living unit with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living area is located on the floor.
The indirect lighting throughout sets the scene for all elements and furniture. The larch wood on the walls, ceilings and floors spreads a pleasant and cozy scent. The excellent indoor climate can be felt with every breath.
LOCATION:
The location of the house is ideal - a mountainside close to the village center, in the middle of the idyllic mountain village of Brand. This mountain world is best experienced during an outdoor activity, skiing, hiking and mountaineering - or you can enjoy the unique view of the Mottakopf, Brand's local mountain, from the terrace.
