Discover this magnificent house located in the heart of the city centre, perfect for an unforgettable holiday. Comprising a main house for 6 people and an independent studio for 3 people, this property offers comfort and flexibility for family or group stays.
The main house has a welcoming ground floor with a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen-diner is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and filter and pod coffee makers. A terrace allows you to enjoy meals outdoors, while a laundry room with a washing machine offers convenience and practicality. The ground floor also includes a toilet, a garage with a barbecue, sun loungers and other relaxation equipment, as well as a second covered wooden terrace overlooking the garden.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, one with a 140cm double bed, the other with two 90cm single beds. A functional shower room and separate toilets complete this floor.
The independent studio is just as charming with its wooden terrace overlooking the garden. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, filter and pod coffee makers. The living area has a sofa bed for 1 person, while the sleeping area offers a 140cm double bed. A shower room with toilet completes this well-designed studio.
The property is secured by an automatic gate that must remain closed after each passage. The access path to the interior gardens is shared with the owners.
Possibility to park a vehicle, without obstructing pedestrian traffic, on the common passages.
The house benefits from a central location, close to shops, restaurants, local attractions and the beach, and has all the necessary equipment for a carefree stay, including free Wi-Fi internet access.
