The "SQUARE PROMENADE" is a pleasant apartment located in the district of Carré d'Or, in a luxury residence with direct access to the Promenade des Anglais and beaches.
Located in the Carré d'Or, you will be ideally placed in the center of Nice while being quiet thanks to the impasse in which the building is located.
Optimally arranged, it offers a beautiful living room with kitchen and an adult bedroom with "zen" decoration and a child bedroom on the mezzanine. It will bring you all the necessary comfort for a romantic stay, with your family or for a business trip.
The apartment has a free wifi internet connection by fiber optic and air-conditioning.
You will be less than 5min walk from the Place Masséna, the pedestrian street with its many restaurants and shops, as well as the rue Jean Médecin and its many shops, or the Old Town and its narrow streets where you can taste the local specialties like the socca.
There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings.
The city offers many Blue Bike points, allowing you to easily drive into the city center. A station is 2min from your apartment.
The train station is a few minutes walk.
