##The housing
Located right bank, quiet, close to the beach, The apartment can accommodate 4 people maximum or 2 adults and 2 children max for example or 4 adults. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, hood), a bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet.
TV and reversible air conditioning.
It is close to all the shops and the beach of the right bank, quiet area and close to everything, very sought after and appreciated by our customers. Are at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... as well as all the utensils needed to prepare good dishes.
Enjoy the calm and rest in the warm room with clean decoration.
A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
##The location
This apartment is located on the right bank of the Grau du Roi, an identity and emblematic place marking the entrance to the Port de Pêche. A great place to live just a few minutes walk from all amenities and the beach.
Only 150 m from the beach, it is an ideal place for your holidays, business trips (wifi and printer present) or short stays.
The beach of Boucanet du Grau du Roi is located to the west of the city center. This beach extends from La Grande Motte to the right bank, almost 3 km of sand. There are two monitored areas on this beach. One before the CHU of the Grau du Roi coming from La Grande Motte, near the Pinède du Boucanet and the other on the Boulevard Jean Bastide. Only the area is labelled Handiplage.
The general environment of this beach is nice with some small dunes and a nice width of sand.
Ideal beach with children because the swimming is gently sloping. It is very far. Note that there are also several private beaches with mattress rentals nearby.
