Living Room and Kitchen:
The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a television with a DVD player, and a large table to gather all the guests. Games and books for both children and adults are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, coffee machines (pod and filter), raclette and fondue sets, waffle maker, juicer, and everything needed to prepare delicious meals!
Bedrooms:
The house includes three bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm). Two of the bedrooms also offer an additional single bed (90 x 190 cm) or a child's bed (70 x 160 cm). Bed linen is provided for your comfort.
Bathrooms:
The house has two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Both bathrooms include a toilet. Towels are provided.
Exterior / Terrace:
A large 1,500 m² garden awaits you for outdoor relaxation, as well as a furnished terrace with a table, garden chairs, and a barbecue for outdoor dining. Outdoor games, including sleds, are available for the enjoyment of both young and old.
Other Amenities:
For families with young children, the house offers a travel cot, a high chair, and a changing table. A secure storage room is available to store bikes, skis, and other sports equipment. The house has two private parking spaces, a washing machine, and a dryer, as well as Wi-Fi to stay connected.
Proximity to Tourist Attractions:
The house is located a 30-minute drive from the Orelle ski lifts, providing direct access to the 3 Vallées, the largest ski area in the world! Access to Orelle is convenient via the highway, which is well-maintained and cleared of snow throughout the winter. This way, you avoid the long ascents to the resort and the numerous winding turns, making your journey quicker and more comfortable. Additionally, the house is close to the summer and winter resorts of the Sybelles area: with its 6 resorts and 136 trails, it’s the 4th largest ski area in France! It takes less than 10 minutes by car to reach the Bottières resort, and 20 minutes to reach La Toussuire and Saint-Jean-d’Arves. Nearby are also the resorts of Saint-Sorlin-d’Arves, Les Karellis, and Albiez-Montrond (about a 30-minute drive). The Maurienne Valley is also the largest cycling area in the world, with hiking trails, climbing routes, and mountain lakes to explore. Finally, Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne is only a 10-minute drive away, offering numerous amenities and local attractions.
Important Information:
- Please note that, for the time being, the fireplace in the living room is not available for use. We kindly ask you to take this into account during your stay.
- Possibility of an eighth bed for a child, upon request.
- Housekeeping, bed linen, and towels are included in the reservation.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A security deposit of €500 may be requested via Swikly, a reliable and secure online guarantee system. No amount is debited from your bank card, and your card's limit is not affected.
- The accommodation may be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility.
- In winter, arrivals and departures are on Fridays or Sundays.
- Check-in is from 4:00 p.m., and check-out is before 10:00 a.m. If these times are inconvenient, we can potentially adjust them to meet your needs.
