Welcome to our charming country house, ideally located in a peaceful setting near the magnificent Golf des Abers. Perfect for a family or friends getaway, this house offers a peaceful setting and comfortable amenities for an unforgettable holiday.
On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with an open kitchen, perfect for moments of conviviality and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs during your stay. In addition, a bathroom and toilet are also available on the same level for your comfort.
Upstairs, you will discover two comfortable bedrooms. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed in 160x200, offering optimal comfort for restorative rest. The second bedroom has a double bed in 140x190 as well as a single bed, ideal for accommodating additional family members or friends.
Outside, a terrace invites you to enjoy the mild summer evenings around an outdoor meal or simply to relax while admiring the view of the lush garden. The large garden is perfect for outdoor games and even has a swing for the enjoyment of the younger ones.
The house is ideally located for golf enthusiasts, with the Golf des Abers in the immediate vicinity. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 is accessible 1km from the house. And for those who prefer the beach and water sports and activities, the nearest beaches are located about 5 km from the house.
