Villa Albisia: At the heart of a recent residential complex consisting of villas with private pools, this holiday rental offered by Bru et Fils Immobilier benefits from a privileged environment, in the immediate vicinity of golf courses. Designed to offer comfort and privacy, the villa has its own pool and can be equipped with WiFi.

The situation is ideal for enjoying the assets of the locality, with the ocean located approximately 3 km away, the lake 2.5 km away and shops 3 km away, allowing one to combine relaxation, nature and sporting activities throughout the stay.

The entrance of the villa is equipped with a wardrobe and provides access to a storeroom containing a washing machine and a tumble dryer. On the ground floor, the living room and lounge open directly onto the terrace and offer a convivial living space with a table, chairs, sideboard, sofa, two armchairs and a flat-screen television. The kitchen area, open and functional, is equipped with four ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, storage cupboards as well as crockery and kitchen utensils.

At this level are two rooms, each fitted with two single beds of 90 cm, a wardrobe and bedside tables. A bathroom with double washbasin and shower is available, as well as independent toilets.

On an elevated level, the third bedroom offers a double bed of 160 cm and a storage cupboard. It benefits from its own bathroom equipped with a double-basin washbasin, a shower and WC.

Outside, the terrace is fitted with garden furniture and allows you to fully enjoy the private swimming pool measuring 8 metres by 4 metres, ideal for moments of relaxation in complete privacy.

Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the holiday rental and can be offered as an option, with rates available upon request from Bru et Fils Immobilier Agency. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
