Bedrooms: Two private rooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobes. Quality bed linen and towels are included.
Living Area: A cosy lounge featuring a double sofa bed and direct access to an external balcony, ideal for getting some air and relaxing.

Connectivity is one of the great strengths of this apartment. You're located on Metro Line 1, the main artery that crosses Madrid from south to north, allowing you to reach the historic centre without needing to change trains:
Atocha (Train and AVE station): Just a few minutes by metro (3.2 km).
Art Triangle and Centre: Direct access to key stops such as Antón Martín, Sol, Gran Vía and Chamartín. (The Thyssen Museum and Plaza Mayor are less than 6 km away).
By car: If you're travelling with your own vehicle, the location offers very quick access to the M-30 and A-3 (ideal for connections towards Levante).
