In an exclusive domain within walking distance of the charming Malaucène and at the foot of Mont Ventoux, you will find this magnificent villa. The location is ideal: you can do everything on foot and leave your car behind. In Malaucène there are shops, restaurants with terraces and a weekly market on Friday. If you love cycling, this is THE place to be: Mont Ventoux is waiting for you.
Villa Beau Provence has its own, fenced-in grounds with a heated private pool (secured with an electric roll-up cover). The covered terrace that runs through the villa is a real eye-catcher. There is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a dining table. There is also a beautiful lounge on one terrace and sunbeds are ready for you on the terrace by the pool.
The owners are architects and it shows; large glass panels with views, a beautiful combination of concrete, steel, glass and wood, with the wood playing a central role. The beautiful designer furniture completes the whole. The open kitchen is fully equipped and in the living room you can enjoy the comfortable sofa and a large flat-screen TV. There is also a bedroom for two people with an adjacent bathroom and a guest toilet.
Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. A bedroom for two people, and two bedrooms for 3 people. There is a separate toilet and a bathroom.
There is a carport for 2 cars and you can also park within the domain. The domain is next to a spa with an excellent restaurant. Orange and Avignon are unique cultural cities where you can visit one of the many festivals. The wine castles with tastings are also a great experience.
