You will have to go down a few steps to reach the cottage. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a small entrance hall that will direct you to a bathroom, equipped with a shared shower and toilet. By climbing four steps, you will discover a pleasant living space, composed of a living room, a lounge and a kitchen. In addition, a comfortable bedroom awaits you, equipped with a 160 cm bed, offering a soothing view of the garden and the swimming pool, with mosquito nets on the two windows for your comfort. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: one has a 160 cm bed, while the other is equipped with a 90 cm bed. Both bedrooms are also equipped with reversible air conditioning.
For electricity, you are entitled to 8 kW per day included. If you exceed this limit, a small surcharge will be applied. Heating is electric.

You can buy it directly on site from the owner The cottage, nestled in Cublac and close to the owner's residence, benefits from a privileged location close to the A20 and A89 motorways, as well as Brive-Souillac airport. Surrounded by vast meadows and woods, it offers a peaceful and serene setting, conducive to relaxation and escape. The view unfolds over charming gardens, embellished by an outdoor above-ground swimming pool, which is not heated. This set is completed by a large private wooden terrace of 9 by 5 meters, creating an ideal space to relax and escape into the heart of nature, while appreciating the surrounding setting.
