You have a kitchen with a Périgord table, a living room with a fireplace and a relaxation area with Wifi, 2 master suites each equipped with 1 bed 160x200 and an adjoining bathroom. 1 WC in a bathroom and 1 separate WC. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each bedroom has 2 modular beds 80x200 of your choice as well as a bathroom with WC. A fully enclosed plot of 1200m2 with courtyard and lawn, 2 terraces including one covered in stone, a play area for children, table tennis, private salt pool (heated on request, 8mx4m, depth 1.48m, rigid bar cover, fence with gate, sun loungers, 01/06 to 30/09) with 15cm water beach so that your little ones can splash around under the supervision of their parents, you can also admire the swallows drinking in the pool in the evening. Everything is included (sheets, linen, cleaning at the end of the stay). This cottage is an old 18th century farmhouse with barn, stable, bread oven and sharecroppers' house enclosed by walls and two gates and located in the commune of Saint Amand de Coly which is one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France" (15th century Augustinian abbey covered in slate). The International Centre for Parietal Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac is 5km away. The cottage is located 24km from Sarlat in the heart of the Périgord Noir with its magnificent Vézère Valley with its many UNESCO World Heritage sites. We can offer those who ride a motorbike the barn to accommodate them with some tools to allow them to repair small technical problems with their motorbike. Baby equipment: 2 baby beds, 2 high chairs.
