Small independent single-storey house on the owners' land. You will benefit from a kitchen open to a living room area, a bedroom with 1 bed of 140x190 and a bathroom open to the bedroom with Italian shower. Separate toilet. In front of the cottage, you will have a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, etc.) with a clear view of the Sarlat countryside.
A private unheated above-ground swimming pool located a little higher up in front of the owners' house is available if you wish. No need to clutter up, everything is provided here: household linen, sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay. You will have a parking space behind the house on the property. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair. The location of this cottage in the heart of the Périgord Noir allows direct access to world-famous tourist sites such as Sarlat less than 10 minutes away, the medieval city with an exceptional heritage. The proximity of the Dordogne Valley (Castles, gardens, villages among the "most beautiful villages in France ...) and the Vézère Valley (International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4, Les Eyzies de Tayac, prehistoric sites ...) allows for many visits.
Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy swimming and fishing in the Dordogne River, cycling or walking, hot air balloon rides... or visiting remarkable gardens.
