Small house adjoining that of the owners located on the edge of a small country road with little traffic. On the ground floor, you will benefit from a living room composed of a lounge, a dining area and an equipped kitchen area as well as a bathroom with WC. Upstairs (13 steps), you will occupy two bedrooms each with 1 bed 140x190. When you return from your visits, you will appreciate the small outdoor terrace of 13 m² with garden furniture, a gas barbecue, a parasol, 2 deckchairs and the shade of the oaks in the park opposite the cottage. Baby bed and high chair and safety gate available on request. Large unfenced property of 10 ha in meadows and woods located near the "vélo-route", between the Vallée de l'Isle (Ideal for fishing) and the Grand Etang de La Jemaye 11 km away (supervised sandy beach in summer, children's games, sports course, snacks and restaurants), in the Forêt de la Double, near the Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle. 8 km from the Abbaye Notre Dame de Bonne Espérance in Echourgnac (The monks and nuns make and sell fruit pastes and jams and refine a cheese with walnut liqueur).
