The owner's note, Laure
This cottage is located on a plot of 300m2 with a view of the meadow, in the village. A beautiful living room with equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher) open to the living room / dining room is available to you. Through the corridor, you will have access to a bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200, bathroom with Italian shower and WC and laundry room with washing machine. Separate WC. After 3 steps, you will have a landing which serves the 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. Then by a steep staircase, you will access a bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190. The last bedroom in the right wing is equipped with a bed 160x200. An attic bathroom with shower and WC. You will enjoy a terrace in front of the cottage with sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue. Private parking for 2 cars. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair on request.
Electricity and heating included. Sheets €22/bed/change. Bathroom linen €8/person/change. End of stay cleaning €100. In the small town of Capdrot, a new life has been given to this old tobacco drying shed. You will appreciate the loft-style decoration mixing metal, wood and plastic as well as the brightness thanks to its authentic and numerous openings that the owners managed to keep during the restoration of this building. For the record, the many cathedral drying sheds were built in the 1950s. 3 km from the Bastide de Monpazier considered the jewel of the Périgord bastides: founded in 1284 by Edward I of England, this city has retained its original character (central square surrounded by arcades, perpendicular streets and ramparts). 20 km from the Dordogne Valley and its world-famous sites (Château de Beynac, Château de Castelnaud, Château des Milandes, bastide de Domme, village of La Roque Gageac, etc.), 40 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage and 40 km from Bergerac and its vineyards.
