The owner's note, Laure
On the ground floor of the owner's house, a small atypical cottage for a couple in the heart of the village of Saint-Pompont at the foot of the church. This cottage consists of a room with the kitchen and dining area then a room including the bedroom-living room-bathroom with two armchairs, a coffee table, a television, 1 bed 140x190, a shower, a vanity unit and a toilet all open in the room. Dehumidifier present in the room for optimal comfort. In front of the house, a small table outside is available at the edge of the small alley.
You can park in the village car park 300 m away.
The cottage is equipped with wifi. No dishwasher or washing machine.
On request, you can obtain a travel cot, a high chair, an electric plancha. In the heart of the pretty village of Saint-Pompont, just 27 km from Sarlat, in the Dordogne Valley, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, with the amenities on site (bakery/newsagent, pharmacy, mini-market), you can, according to your desires, go and discover the many riches of the heritage: castles (Castelnaud, Beynac, Les Milandes), gardens (Marqueyssac, Eyrignac, Carsac...), country houses (Monpazier, Domme...), caves and chasms (Lascaux, Padirac, Proumeyssac...) or gastronomy with the many farm inns, restaurants and gourmet markets that will delight your taste buds... or even enjoy outdoor activities, swimming and canoeing on the Dordogne, hiking and mountain biking trails, greenway...
Close to the gîte, the priory garden offers a true haven of peace to indulge in the joys of napping, contemplation or reading.
