Independent house near the owners without vis-à-vis. This house is located on the 1st floor (15 steps) on one level inside with a fully equipped independent kitchen. A living room with a television, wifi. A shower room. A separate toilet. Three bedrooms each with a 140x190 bed.
Outside, enjoy a garden not overlooked with garden furniture, a relaxation lounge, a gas plancha, a parasol, a veranda on the ground floor with storage room and a toilet. In the Périgord Noir, this house has a swimming pool shared with the owners from June 15 to the end of September with chlorine, 10x5m, 0.9 to 2m deep, secured by an alarm and a fence.
