On the ground floor, you will enter through the large living room of 110m² composed of a lounge area, a dining area and an equipped kitchen area. A shower room with WC.
You will access the upper floor via a mezzanine with a relaxation area and then 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 bed 180x190 made up of 2 non-detachable mattresses 90x190, a bedroom with 1 bed 90x190 and 1 bunk bed 90x190 and a bedroom with 1 bed 180x190 made up of 2 non-detachable mattresses 90x190. A shower room. A separate toilet.
Baby equipment on request: travel cot, high chair. Old water mill in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre, in the "Pays des bastides" in the south of Périgord, you can visit the bastides of Monpazier, Eymet, Issigeac.... You will be 20 minutes from the old town of Bergerac which has preserved evidence of the past (half-timbered houses) and you can also enjoy a trip in a gabarre on the Dordogne river.
You will stay on a property of 2 dwellings with a private unfenced garden of 500 m² with cats and dogs, garden furniture, barbecue.
The back of the mill is at your disposal with access via footbridges. The surroundings of the millraces remain natural and therefore not safe for a child.
Your children will be able to enjoy a beautiful wooden treehouse, a sandbox and a swing to share with the owner's grandchildren. Private fishing area (roach, pochards, predators, carp, eels, etc.).
