On the ground floor, you will benefit from a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 4 ceramic hobs, a combination freezer, open to the living room with a television, internet, a fireplace and the dining room. By 3 steps, you will access the living room with a large sofa, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the mezzanine, you will find 1 bed of 90x190 and 1 bed of 110. From the main living room, you will have, upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bedroom with 1 bed of 140x190 and a bedroom with 1 bed of 180x200, a bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy the garden furniture and a barbecue. A swing will be at your disposal for the pleasure of the little ones. Baby equipment: a high chair, a baby bed, a changing mat, a bathtub. When you return from your visits, you will appreciate the private swimming pool of 9mx4.50m, depth of 1.10m to 2m, chlorine, secured by a fence and a cover, open from mid-April to the end of September.
