Semi-detached house not overlooked, in a fully enclosed courtyard. Kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer... open to the living room with TV, internet, DVD player (no air conditioning). On the 1st floor an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200cm bed. On the same landing a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and a bathroom with a washing machine. On the top floor, 2 air-conditioned attic bedrooms, one with 2 90x200 beds and the other with 1 160x200 bed. Heated salt swimming pool below the cottage, dimensions 9x4 depth 1.50m, with entrance by wide steps, secured by a roller shutter, shared with the owners and the other cottage, open from Easter holidays to All Saints' Day. Bicycle storage possible in an outbuilding on site. Private parking in the enclosed common courtyard. Ping-pong table. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair, bathtub. Linen provided, beds made, cleaning at end of stay €80, pool towels €5 per person. Enjoy the pleasure of being on family vacation in a bubble of nature just a stone's throw from the great sites of Périgord.
