This character house in exposed stone adjoining an unoccupied building will seduce you with its comfort with its spacious rooms and its private terrace of 50 m² in front of the cottage with garden furniture and plancha. You will find on the ground floor a large living room with sofas, dining room, a 2nd living room with wood stove, a fitted kitchen, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) with WC, a shower room and a bedroom with a 160 bed, a 90 bed and a private shower room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (one with a 160 bed, a 2nd with a 160 bed and a 90 bed and a last one with a 160 bed and a 70x150 bed) with private shower room open to each of the bedrooms and separate WC with washbasin. On the top floor there is a dormitory with 6 single beds. Children's games in the adjoining private garden of 500 m2 and 6500 m² of additional gardens opposite the gîte without vis-à-vis are to be shared with the owners. Immerse yourself in the warm atmosphere of this pleasantly furnished and nature-friendly country house; the owners have chosen natural materials for insulation and have taken care to keep the spirit of the house with stone and wood in the heart of the Périgord Vert.
