House near the D6089 adjoining an unoccupied building. After 5 steps, you will access the 30 m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, barbecue. You will enjoy the view of the private unheated swimming pool, 3mx5m, depth 1.50m, salt, secured by a fence, open from the beginning of May to the end of September, located at the back of the cottage. You will enter through the equipped kitchen (central island table, oven, combination freezer, microwave, etc.) open to the living room, TV, internet, table football, bathroom (shower and WC). Upstairs, you will access 2 attic bedrooms with modular beds in each (1 bed 160x200 or 2 beds 80x200). Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, etc.)
Private parking for 2/3 cars in front of the cottage. You can go for a walk or sit in the shade of the owner's walnut trees all around the house.
End of stay cleaning, sheets, towels, household linen, electricity and heating included. Pool towels not provided. Your holiday begins now by putting down your suitcases in this particularly charming cottage. Elegance is without doubt in this cottage with velvety white walls and warm decorative elements such as rattan light fixtures. The authentic touch is the highlighting of a stone wall dating from the origins of the house in the living room and its staircase marked by its past life... You are on the main road to discover the Gardens of the Imagination, the majestic castle of Hautefort dating from the 17th century, the Bovetti Chocolate Museum, the International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac 20 minutes away.... You will appreciate the shops less than a kilometer away. The greenway is accessible on foot or by bike to discover the Terrasson-Lavilledieu market every Thursday morning around the Vézère basin. Local producers are in the spotlight with their products.
