Independent house with private access next to the owners' house. It has a fitted kitchen (combined freezer, oven, dishwasher, 2 gas burners, induction), a dining room facing south with reversible air conditioning and wood insert, and a living room with TV, internet, sofa bed, and sofa bed. You will also have access to a bedroom, with a 160X200 cm bed, separate toilets and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
You can enjoy the swimming pool located in front of the cottage (shared with the owners) and separated by a hedge (dimensions 12X5, depth 1.15 to 1.75m, salt, secured by a roller shutter, unheated, outdoor shower).
2 terraces available: one in front and one behind the cottage with garden furniture, a private shelter for parking your car, bicycles or motorbikes (covered shelter but not locked).

In Bergerac, let yourself be told the history of the city during a ride in a gabare. Also not to be missed are the castles of Monbazillac, Bridoire and Biron!
