This independent house on several levels in the countryside is located 1km walk from the Nantheuil lake (free) with children's games and fast food and the campsite.
From the private parking, access the living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable living room opening onto a suspended wooden terrace. A separate toilet. Relax while enjoying the 2 terraces with views of the countryside and the owner's private pond. You will be lulled by the gentle sound of the communal stream that passes below the land.
On the ground floor: 2 master suites each composed of 1 bed 160x200 and its private bathroom. Each room has access to the large terrace with 6 deckchairs.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a separate toilet.
On the 1st floor, access the mezzanine with a relaxation net of more than 5m² overlooking the living room, a desk and two 90x190 beds. Baby equipment: Travel cot + high chair. Only 2 km from the city center of Thiviers: you can access the village on foot by small paths and enjoy its beautiful market every Tuesday morning and Saturday morning (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, butcher, various shops, bars and restaurants and a cinema.)
