The owner's note, Lola
La Martre des pins is a traditional 3-star chalet that was largely renovated in 2014. All the bathrooms and kitchen are completely new for your comfort. About 15 minutes from the center of Morzine on foot, the chalet allows you to be close to the resort's activities while being quiet. By the fire, admiring the view, or exploring the area, this warm mountain chalet is ideal for a family vacation. It can accommodate 10/12 people.
Approximately 180m2 spread over 3 levels, the chalet is composed as follows:
Ground floor: An entrance with ski room (boot dryer), a children's bedroom with 2x2 bunk beds (90×190), a laundry room, a double bedroom (160×200) en suite with shower and toilet, terrace access,
Level 1: a hallway with toilet and shower room, a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, lounge with wood stove, access to balcony and garden,
Level 2: a hallway, a toilet, a bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, two double bedrooms (160×200) with balcony access, a double bedroom with a bed (130×190).
Access to the chalet is a little steep (bring chains in winter for exceptional cases).
Outdoor parking for 3 cars.
Pets accepted, maximum 3, at a rate of €5/day.
