Nori Apartment: Located in the Oceanide residence, composed of three arc-shaped buildings facing the ocean, this triplex apartment benefits from an exceptional location in Lacanau Océan. Just 100 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the Pierre Ortal walkways, accessible via a pedestrian esplanade overlooking the sea, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private parking is located at the back of the residence. Access to the apartments is via large staircases.

The living room, fitted with a bar table and stools, a sofa, a coffee table and a television, constitutes a friendly and bright space. The open kitchen, located in the living room, is fully equipped with a sink, induction hob, microwave oven, mini oven, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as storage cupboards with crockery and kitchen utensils.

The triplex has two bedrooms. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 140 cm. The second bedroom, with an adjoining bathroom, includes two bunk beds of 90 cm and a single bed of 90 cm, ideal for accommodating children or friends. A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and washing machine is also available, as well as an independent toilet.

The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a view of the ocean and is fitted with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or the softness of ocean evenings. A private parking space is included.

Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
