Apartment Nori: Located in the Océanide residence, comprising three arc-shaped buildings facing the ocean, this triplex apartment benefits from an exceptional location in Lacanau Océan. Just 100 metres from the beach and approximately 200 metres from the Pierre Ortal promenades, accessible via a pedestrian esplanade overlooking the sea, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private car parks are located at the rear of the residence. Access to the apartments is via large staircases.
The living room, furnished with a bar table and stools, a sofa, a coffee table and a television, creates a welcoming and bright space. The open-plan kitchen, located in the living room, is fully equipped with sink, induction hob, microwave-oven, mini-oven, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as storage cupboards with crockery and kitchen utensils.
The triplex has two bedrooms. The bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed. The second bedroom, with an adjoining bathroom, comprises two 90 cm bunk beds and a 90 cm single bed, ideal for accommodating children or friends. A bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine is also available, as well as a separate WC.
