Dunes Garden House: Charming semi-detached house located within a residential complex, in the heart of the Lacanau Océan Sud pine forest. This accommodation offers a calm and green environment, ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends. A parking area is available on the edge of the residence.
The residence has a communal swimming pool, accessible from 15 June to 15 September according to opening conditions.
The beach of the Ocean and shops are located approximately 1.8 km away, while Lake Lacanau is accessible 5 km away.
The house consists, on the ground floor, of a pleasant living room equipped with a sofa, a table with chairs, a sideboard and a television. The adjacent kitchenette is fully equipped with electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils.
A bedroom has a double bed in 140 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washbasin. The toilets are independent.
