Venus Apartment: Located in the Oceanide residence, consisting of three arc-shaped buildings facing the ocean, this duplex apartment offers an ideal location in Lacanau Océan. Just 100 metres from the beach and about 200 metres from the Pierre Ortal walkways, accessible via a pedestrian esplanade overlooking the sea, everything is within walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants and entertainment. Private parking is located at the rear of the residence. Access to the apartments is via large staircases.
The duplex consists of a bright living room equipped with a table with chairs, a sofa bed for two people and a television. The kitchenette area, integrated into the living room, is functional and well-equipped with a sink, two electric hotplates, mini-oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as storage cupboards with crockery and kitchen utensils.
The room has a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. The toilet is independent for more comfort.
The balcony, accessible from the living room, offers a view of the ocean and is fitted with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors or a moment of relaxation facing the sea. A private parking space is included.
